Next Monthly meeting - Wednesday 10th March - The Birch and Bottle

(We are sorry to inform all members that the Welsh meeting on the 3rd Wednesday of the month has been shelved for now, due to the lack of support. The Welsh meeting was started following requests from a number of members who felt travelling to the Birch and Bottle was too far to travel. Please let us know if you would support the meeting once Summer arrives (in May!))

If you are wishing to dine then please arrive at 7pm as we like to start our meeting at 8pm

DON’T WORRY if you didn’t manage to attend our planning meeting and are eager to contribute and do your bit. We will be holding a second planning (short) session. Don’t want your good intentions to go to waste!

LIBRARY OF RUNS if you are planning on organising a run for the club and are stumped for ideas or short on planning time, don’t despair, John Cookson (our Dr Bob) has a library of old, tried and tested runs. There will be a £20 contribution from the MX5OC towards the run organisers petrol expenses - on production of a Petrol VAT receipt.

CHRISTMAS DOO In previous years it's been a Sunday lunch event, but this year we are looking to see if an evening meal/event with overnight stay is a preferable option. Please let Paul/Syd know your thoughts on the next run or at the next meeting.
